$AXONTBD
Holder tiers
Holding $AXON is planned to make Axonpay cheaper, faster and more visible to use. Thresholds are TBD, and nothing applies until the token exists.

| Tier 3 | TBD | Lowest | Most | Priority |
How holdings would be checked
At sign-in, from chain: the $AXON balance of the signed-in wallet. No staking contract and no lockup in the current design, so your tokens never leave your wallet to count.
Which fee gets lower
*Only Axonpay’s facilitator fee, and only if one is ever introduced. Today the facilitator is live and charges sellers nothing, so there is nothing to discount. Other facilitators set their own prices, and sellers are free to use them.
What priority routing means
When the Axonpay facilitator is busy, settlements for higher tiers are submitted first and with a higher priority fee, paid by the facilitator. It never changes what a buyer pays for a call, and it never reorders anyone else’s funds.
What tiers will never do
- Gate the protocol. Anyone can sell and buy over x402 on Solana without holding anything.
- Affect Axon Score or ranking. Reputation comes from receipts only.
- Hide listings of sellers who don’t hold the token.
